Early Spring

My irises are a good couple of weeks ahead of schedule in the backyard. The flowers started opening on Saturday. I never thought I'd see a daffodil & an iris open at the same time...

Sledding During Lodge Weekend

The boys enjoyed some "sledding fun" on Valentine's Day, while we were at the lodge. Connor really didn't know what to think about it, as he isn't the biggest fan of snow yet, but I think he had fun too. Grandma Nancy was even having fun sledding down the hill! And Matthew enjoyed sledding with Mommy & Daddy, as well as on his own.

Lodge Weekend

We enjoyed a weekend away at a lodge in Danbury, WI back in mid-February. We enjoyed spending time with Grandpa Tom, Grandma Nancy, Uncle Mark, Aunt Lois, Uncle Myron, Cousin Christine, her husband Jim, & their 3 boys. The above pictures were taken inside the lodge. We also enjoyed some time outside in the snow, which I'll post pictures of later.

Bear!

Connor's favorite stuffed animal is a white bear, which he takes EVERYWHERE. Most of the time, he's more of an off-white bear than a white one, if you know what I mean. :) Anyway, here are a couple of pictures of Connor with "Bear," as he calls him. The top picture is at Christmas, and the bottom one is at the lodge over Valentine's Day weekend.

Christmas Pictures

Ok, I know I'm a little behind, but these are the pictures of the boys that I sent out with Christmas cards this year. I tried to get a good one of them together, but it just didn't happen ~ well, not until after Christmas, anyway. :) I hope to take Connor to get his 2-year portraits done soon, and we may do a family picture then too.

Building A Snowman

Matthew & I built a snowman in the front yard on Christmas Eve. We had a great time! The snowman has been leaning with the warm weather, and his head fell off with the rain this past weekend, but overall, he turned out to be a pretty durable snowman. :)
