Connor's 3rd Birthday ~ Better Late Than Never, Right?

Ok, so I realize we are closer to Connor's 4th birthday now than his 3rd, but since I posted pictures from Matthew's last birthday, it's only fair to go back & post pictures from Connor's birthday as well. Enjoy!

Blowing Bubbles on Easter Sunday

Grandpa & Grandma also bought bubbles for the boys for Easter. Connor really enjoys bubbles ~ he thinks they're great fun! Thank you, Grandpa & Grandma!

More Easter Sunday - Matthew Enjoys Sidewalk Chalk

Grandpa & Grandma gave Matthew (& Connor) some sidewalk chalk for Easter. Matthew absolutely LOVES sidewalk chalk. He couldn't wait to start using it! So he had fun drawing on his grandparents' sidewalk & driveway. :)

Easter Sunday - Connor Chases Grandma's Kitty!

We celebrated Easter with Dad's side of the family at my parent's house on Easter Sunday. Connor had a grand old time chasing down Grandma's very pregnant cat. I almost felt sorry for her, and yet I think she enjoyed the attention she was getting from my little guy. It was fun watching Connor follow her all around my parent's yard. :) He sure loves kitties! He must take after Mommy in that respect. :)

Coloring Easter Eggs

Both Matthew & Connor really enjoyed coloring Easter eggs this year. Matthew even made little monsters out of them once they dried. :)

Uncle Mark

Both boys absolutely adore their Uncle Mark. He stopped by for a visit on the Saturday of Easter weekend. He went on a bike ride with Matthew & Dave, and then he spent the day with us. A good time was had by all, especially Matthew & Connor! :)

Easter With Mom's Side

On Sunday, April 17th, we went to Myron & Lois' house to celebrate Easter. The boys had a great time! There was an Easter egg hunt, complete with prizes - the boys absolutely loved it! And it was a beautiful day outside, so we went for a walk in the afternoon. Both of the boys insisted on piggyback rides from Daddy! It was so nice catching up with everyone there!

One of the more memorable moments of the day came when I was holding my cousin's baby, Evan. Connor usually gets jealous whenever Mommy holds another child, but he wasn't jealous of Evan at all - he just sat on my other knee & stared at him. Evan stared back. It was so cute watching them study each other. Of course, the family joked that Connor looked ready to be a big brother. I informed them that's never going to happen! And when Evan had had enough of me & started crying, Connor instantly covered his ears & said, "Baby loud." Too funny! :)
